Enterpreneur Matthew Hartzog followed his interest in the Pontiac Fiero when starting his company which selles parts and accessories for this particular car. With start-up costs of just $5,000, the company is now seeing a revenue of $2.3 million.

DNA 11, based in Ontario, Canada, creates DNA artwork based on a person's DNA. The company, which was founded in 2005 with a start-up cost of just $2,000, had a revenue of $1.4 million in 2008. Read more on Forbes.
